Cassandra Nicholas
Cassandra is the owner and managing attorney of Nicholas Law, PLLC.
Cassandra’s enthusiasm for building client-centered relationships combined with her wide-ranging prior experience have prepared her to assist you with your estate planning, estate administration, and business formation needs in North Carolina. Her experience since 2012 in various legal roles includes practicing as an attorney in North Carolina since 2021; as a commercial real estate “Biglaw” attorney; as full-time contract legal staff (law clerk, paralegal, and legal assistant) for the US Department of Justice while attending law school as an evening student; as a student attorney in a legal clinic; as a legal intern for a capital habeas attorney; and as a legal intern and assistant at a criminal defense firm in North Dakota. Through all of her experience, Cassandra has come to view the legal profession as truly a customer service industry.
Cassandra has proudly called North Carolina home since 2020. Cassandra grew up in North Dakota and spent several years in the Washington, DC area before relocating to North Carolina. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time at the beach or anywhere with her husband and son.
